
One of my favorite meals out of the crock pot! I'm not a huge fan of green bell peppers but I love the sweetness of the red, gold and orange peppers. I don't use rice in my stuffed peppers, mine basically are mini meatloaves stuffed inside. Meat, cheese, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, oregano, basil and garlic.


Just a little tomato sauce.

And cheese! Always cheese!
Cook them in the crock pot on low for a few hours or on high for a little over an hour.
Always good with garlic mashed potatoes!!
