In the "Almost Famous" words of Penny Lane: It's alllll happening!!! When last I posted we had just put in an offer on a house and were waiting to hear if they were going to accept/counter/deny. Well they countered, we did some negotiating and came to a price that we both agreed on! Yay!! We're that much closer to owning our new home in the Cincinnati area!!!
We are getting the inspections done tomorrow. It's a fairly new house so I'm hoping we don't have any issues. We are all pretty excited about it! If things go well we should be in our house by the end of July!!!
I can't wait to get in there and start decorating and all that fun stuff!! I know we will be hitting up the Ikea for sure! I've got a whole Pinterest board dedicated just to Ikea stuff for our new house! I'll be back tomorrow with some photos of our almost home! Until then,
