Did You Know?

Did you know that you can take a vacation to space!? That is if you can afford the 20 million dollars or more that is costs but hey, you don't even have to be an astronaut anymore! For the last 10 years or so the Russian Space Agency have been doing private citizen space tourism. There have only been seven clients to go on this "vacation" to the International Space Station, with one of the clients making two different trips!

I find this utterly fascinating as I have always had a small connection with space. My Dad is an amateur astronomer. Since before I can remember it's been his passion and he has had his eye peering through a telescope at the stars!
